Gymophobics is quite different from conventional gyms  due to the fact that there are weights, no treadmills or intensive fitness classes. They have identified a demand for a gym that makes exercise easier than you the average gym. By utilising air powered equipment as part of their revolutionary exercise circuit takes just 30 minutes to complete, and is designed to work each major body part, Gymophobics is designed by women, for women. 

Gymophobics contacted us to promote a franchise of the women’s only gym in opening Welwyn Garden City Centre and a new signing up offer.

The solution

Working with their traditional and digital marketing departments we isolated a 3 mile radius of the store and targeted high footfall locations such as supermarkets, high streets and retail parks in the immediate area. On Friday 17th & Saturday 18th,  the Welwyn Garden City lights festival also took place so we advised Gymophobis to tailor  the route to target the city centre at the busiest times on the festival.


The campaign received a lot of interests from the general public with drivers handing out leaflets and providing basic brand ambassador roles.
