V Festival tried something different last year. They required Monster Displays to help them target the thousands of festival-goers during the Parklife festival in Manchester. The key here was well-targeted and relevant advertising. We knew that we were addressing a huge target audience, but we also knew that people were there to listen to music and have a good time. Being pushy wasn’t the best approach, so we tried something different, engaging and fun.

The solution

Instead of pushing a corporate message, we encourage festival-goers to dance around our digital ad van, engaging with people on a personal, human level. We know the unique things in life are what entice people, and we had entire queues waving and paying attention to our adverts.
